Booking cancellation policy:  

• If you book one of our courses and are unable to attend you will be offered a place on an alternative course at a  future date, as the first option.  

• However if they choose to cancel they will receive a full refund, however if course materials have been sent out to you, they will be asked to return these or pay for them (£25 value).
